Software for the part of the business no product fits
Most companies run on a few good products and one gap that lives in spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp. We build the software for that gap: the portal your customers log in to, the booking flow your team checks every morning, the tool that replaces the sheet everyone is afraid to edit.

Client and dealer portals
A client portal lets each customer see their orders, documents, invoices and messages without calling you. A dealer portal gives each reseller their own price list, quick reorder, account statement and credit limit, and lets your sales team sign in on a dealer’s behalf to help.

Booking and reservation systems
Bookings for rooms, tables, cars, tours, shoots or appointments, with availability, deposits where the payment provider allows them, reminders on WhatsApp and a calendar view for the team.
04 · Internal tools
Internal tools and dashboards
Approval flows, stock and order tracking, team consoles and dashboards that pull numbers from the tools you already use into one screen, so a manager stops assembling a report by hand at the end of each month.
05 · Security
Secure by default
Access comes from each signed in user, never from what the browser sends. Each company’s data is isolated at the database level, every form is validated on the server, sign in and paid features are rate limited, and secrets never reach the browser.
06 · Arabic
English and Arabic from the first screen
Layouts, forms, emails and documents run in English and Arabic with a proper right to left layout, so the app works for a bilingual team and bilingual customers. A membership platform we built runs in Arabic with a right to left layout, English and German today.
07 · Delivered
Systems we built
An acquisition and CRM system for a buyer side brokerage in Dubai, on a real database with row level security on every table. A buyer tool that gives each qualified buyer one private link with the homes that fit them, live today. Both are in our work section, unnamed.

A working demo before the full build
A short call maps who uses the app and what it must replace. You click through a working demo of the main screens before committing to the full build. A written proposal fixes the scope, the timeline and one price, paid in stages, and delivery comes in phases.

Custom software or a subscription product: which should we choose?
A subscription when a product already does what you need. Custom software when the team works around the product, when customers need their own logins, or when the process is what makes your business different.
How much does custom software development cost in Dubai?
It depends on the screens, the roles and the integrations. One fixed price for the build comes in a written proposal after a short call, paid in stages, and running costs such as hosting are listed separately.
How long does a custom web app take?
A working demo of the main screens comes first. The full timeline depends on the integrations and is fixed in the written proposal.
Can it connect to our ERP, accounting or booking system?
Where the system offers an API or a regular export, yes. We confirm each connection during scoping and list it in the written scope.
Do you build mobile apps?
We build web apps that work on a phone first and can be added to the home screen. Where a store app is truly needed, we scope it separately.
Who owns the software and who maintains it?
You own the code, data and accounts. We can run and extend it month to month with 30 days' notice and no exit fee.
