Who we are

Althea Growth is a studio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers https://altheagrowthx.com and explains what we collect, why, where it is kept and for how long. Questions go to contact@altheagrowthx.com.

What we collect

When you send a brief or ask for a scan: the email address or WhatsApp number you give us, and anything else you choose to add (name, company, website, the areas you would like to start with, any details you write under Other, your message). We also record the page you sent it from and the language of the page.

If you allowed analytics, we also keep how you found us: the first page you landed on, and the page you landed on the most recent time you arrived through a campaign link or from another site. We also record the site that sent you (its address without any search terms), campaign tags in the link, advertising click identifiers and whether you used a phone, tablet or computer.

When you tap a WhatsApp link, nothing about you is stored.

We never ask for a budget, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

When you chat with Althea, the assistant on this site, your messages are sent to Anthropic to write the reply and are not stored by us. We do not keep a transcript. With your permission we count that a chat happened and its general subject (for example "pricing" or "the scan"), never what you wrote.

Why we use it

To answer you, to run the scan you asked for and to send you its report. How you found us helps us understand which pages are useful and answer in context. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and storage

althea_consent: remembers your cookie choice for up to 180 days. Necessary.

althea-intro (session storage) and althea-seen (local storage): remember that you have seen the opening animation, so it does not play again. Necessary, and they hold no personal data.

althea_touch_v1 (local storage): how you found us, as described above. Only with your permission.

_ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier: Google Analytics cookies that tell visits apart, kept for up to two years. Only with your permission; Google Analytics does not load at all until you allow it.

You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. Withdrawing permission deletes the attribution record and the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

Who processes it for us

Resend delivers your brief or scan request to our business inbox, and the confirmation we send you.

Hostinger hosts that inbox, where your message is kept.

Vercel hosts the site and handles every request.

Google Analytics measures visits, only with your permission.

Anthropic writes the replies of Althea, the site assistant. It receives the messages of that chat only, under its commercial terms, which do not allow training on them.

Upstash counts requests per network address to stop abuse. Those counters expire after about two hours, or one day for the assistant's counters.

So that no address receives more than one confirmation email a day, Upstash also keeps a hashed form of the email address, never the address itself, for about two days.

These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates, under their own security and data protection terms.

How long we keep it

We delete briefs and scan requests from our inbox 24 months after they reach us.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to contact@altheagrowthx.com. We do it within 30 days.

Security

Your message travels encrypted. Our server checks every field and limits how often a network address can send before anything reaches our inbox. Access to every account we use is protected with two-factor authentication.

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Last updated 28 September 2026.
