A lead follow up system that tells your team who to call first.

Althea Growth builds lead follow up systems for Dubai sales teams. Every morning the team sees one list: who is overdue, who is due today and who comes next, ranked by the most valuable silence rather than the oldest lead, with a WhatsApp message already filled in for each. It runs today in a brokerage CRM we built in Dubai.

01 · The problem

Leads are not lost, they are forgotten

Most deals that go quiet were never refused. The buyer asked a question, the agent meant to call back, three newer leads arrived, and a week later nobody remembers who was waiting. A spreadsheet of reminders does not fix it, because it shows every lead as equally urgent.

02 · Today, in order

One list each morning

The day opens on one screen: how many people to contact, how much deal value sits in that list, who to reach first and which viewings happen today. Below it, three groups: overdue, today and upcoming.

03 · Ranking

Ranked by the most valuable silence

The list is not sorted by the oldest lead. It puts first the buyer whose deal is worth the most and who has been silent longest against the rhythm their stage needs, so a large deal going cold rises above a small one that was only due today.

04 · WhatsApp

Messages filled in, one tap to send

Each row carries WhatsApp templates already filled with that lead’s real details, such as their name, the home they asked about or the viewing time. The agent opens WhatsApp with the message ready, edits it if needed and sends it. Where the WhatsApp Business API is connected, approved templates can go out from the system itself.

05 · Snooze

Snoozes with a reason, and no reset

An agent can log a contact or snooze a lead, but a snooze needs a reason and has a ceiling, and it does not reset the silence counter. A lead pushed back three times still shows how long it has really been waiting, so management sees the difference between a busy week and a lead being avoided.

06 · Cadence

A rhythm you set per stage

You decide how many days may pass at each pipeline stage before the next contact, how much shorter that gap gets for a high scoring buyer, and how often a lead may be snoozed. Change the rule once and every list updates.

07 · Where it runs

Inside a CRM, or beside the one you have

The follow up engine runs inside the custom CRMs and dashboards we build. If your team already uses a CRM it likes, we build the follow up list beside it and read the leads from it, instead of replacing everything.

08 · The steps

Live on your own leads first

A short call maps your stages, how fast each kind of lead should hear back and where leads live today. The first version runs on your real leads, and a written proposal fixes the scope, the timeline and one price, paid in stages.

Questions, answered.

What is a lead follow up system?

Software that decides who each salesperson should contact next and when, keeps a record of every contact, and makes the next message quick to send. A good one ranks leads by value and urgency rather than listing every reminder as equal.

Does it send WhatsApp messages automatically?

It fills each message from the lead record, and the agent sends it from WhatsApp in one tap, so a person stays in the conversation. Where the WhatsApp Business API is connected, approved templates can also go out from the system.

Does it work for real estate?

Yes. It runs today in a buyer side brokerage CRM we built in Dubai, with viewings on the daily list and a rhythm per pipeline stage.

Can it work with our current CRM?

Yes, when the CRM offers an API or a regular export. We build the follow up list beside it and confirm the connection during scoping.

Who sees which leads?

Agents see their own list, team leads see their team and management sees the whole office, with every contact and snooze recorded with who made it.

How much does a follow up system cost?

It depends on where your leads live and whether it runs inside a new CRM or beside your current one. One fixed price comes in a written proposal, paid in stages, and running costs are listed separately.
