On WhatsApp and on the phone it answers enquiries in seconds, answers listing questions from your approved data, qualifies the buyer and books the viewing, then hands the conversation to a RERA licensed agent with everything attached.
01 · What it does
The first five minutes of every enquiry
A buyer messages about a listing at night. The assistant replies in seconds, confirms which property they mean, answers what the listing data says, and asks the questions your agents would ask: budget, timing, cash or mortgage, living in or investing. If the buyer is ready, it offers viewing slots from the agent’s calendar.
Calls work the same way through a voice agent, in English and Arabic among other languages, with the transcript saved to the lead.
02 · The handover
A licensed agent takes it from there
Advice on price, negotiation, contracts, mortgages or the market belongs to a licensed person. The assistant does not give it. It hands the conversation to the right RERA licensed agent with the listing, the answers and the booked slot in your CRM, so the agent opens with context instead of starting over.
03 · Honesty
It says it is an AI
The assistant introduces itself as an AI assistant for your brokerage in its first message, and offers a person whenever the buyer asks for one. It answers only from data you approve: listings, availability, service charges as published, location and process. When it does not know, it says so and passes the question on.

Launch days without a queue
On an off-plan launch the enquiries arrive in hours, not weeks. The assistant answers the repeat questions about units, payment plans as the developer publishes them and handover dates, and books the sales gallery visit, while the sales team speaks to buyers who are ready.

Does the AI replace our agents?
No. It covers the first reply, the repeat questions and the booking. Every buyer who is ready to talk property is handed to a licensed agent, who does the advising and the closing.

Where does it get listing information?
From the listing data you approve, usually your CRM or portal export. It never invents a figure. If a detail is missing, it says so and passes the question to an agent.
Which systems does it connect to?
The WhatsApp Business Platform, your phone line, your agents’ calendars and your CRM, where it can offer an API. Scope and connections are agreed in writing before the build.
