Personal branding for Dubai real estate agents.
In Dubai, buyers and sellers choose the agent as much as the brokerage. Althea Growth builds personal brands for real estate agents and brokers: a profile website with your listings and areas, short videos and reels, LinkedIn for developer and investor relationships, and what AI answers say about you. Everything is built within Dubai’s property advertising rules.
01 · The agent site
Your own address, not only a portal profile
Portal profiles look the same for every agent. An agent website carries your listings, the communities you know street by street, the questions you answer every week and a direct line to WhatsApp. It is also the page Google and AI engines read when someone searches your name.
02 · Video
Reels that show you know the area
Short videos work when they teach something: a walk through a community, what a service charge covers, how a handover inspection goes. We plan them in batches, shoot you on location and cut them for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, so one shoot day fills weeks of posts.
03 · Brand identity
One look buyers recognise
For an agent, brand identity is mostly consistency. Buyers see you on a portal, in a reel, on WhatsApp and on your own site, often in the same hour. We set one type, colour and photo style for your site, videos and profiles, inside your brokerage’s brand rules, so every place a buyer meets you looks like the same professional.
04 · LinkedIn
LinkedIn for developers, investors and referrals
Instagram finds buyers. LinkedIn is where developers, fund managers and other brokers decide who to work with. We write posts in your voice about market moves and deals you can talk about, and you approve each one before it goes out.
05 · The rules
Compliant content is the brand
Property advertising in Dubai needs an advertising permit from the Dubai Land Department, issued through its Trakheesi system and overseen by RERA, and promotional posts online also fall under the UAE Media Council’s advertiser rules. We build pages, posts and videos with a place for the permit details your content needs. You and your brokerage hold the permits, and we do not give legal advice.
A careful buyer can check a permit. An agent whose every listing post carries one looks like the agent that buyer is looking for.
06 · AI answers
What ChatGPT says when a buyer asks about you
Buyers now ask AI engines which agents know a community. We record what ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity say about you before we start, make your facts consistent across your site, portals and profiles, and ask again later. You see both answers with their dates. The result is measured, never promised.
Questions, answered.
Can I post listings on my own site and channels?
Within the rules, yes. Listing posts need the permit your brokerage obtains for that property. We build the site and templates so the permit details appear where they should. Check the specifics with your brokerage.
Does this compete with my brokerage’s brand?
It should work with it. Your site names your brokerage and follows its rules. We can also build it with the brokerage as the client, so agent sites and the brokerage site share one standard.
Do I have to be on camera?
For reels, mostly yes, because buyers want to see who they will meet. We keep shoots short and planned, and some formats need only your voice.
Can you guarantee more listings or leads?
No. We build your presence and measure how it moves: profile views, enquiries by source and what AI answers say about you. Results are measured, never promised.
