A villa estate, opened like a film.
A studio concept for a private villa estate in Phuket, built to show what a booking site can feel like when the first screen is the place itself. The opening moves through the scene in depth as you scroll, and the whole site re-skins for another villa from two content files. It is a concept build, not a client delivery.
01 · Why a concept
Most villa sites look like a booking widget
Private villas sell an experience worth a long journey, yet most of their sites are a generic booking template with a photo slider. This concept asks what the site looks like when it is built like the stay itself.
02 · The opening
Depth from a single frame
A WebGL layer gives the opening view depth, and a slow camera move answers the scroll, so the first screen reads as arriving rather than browsing. The name has its moment in a short staged intro before the view opens.
03 · Built to re-skin
One build, any villa
Brand, copy and imagery live in two content files and three colour tokens. Swapping them turns the same build into another villa or resort without touching the components, which keeps a second launch quick and the quality the same.
04 · For hospitality in the UAE
The same approach, for hotels and holiday homes
We build cinematic sites for hotels, holiday homes and villa operators in Dubai and the UAE, paired with WhatsApp replies that turn a viewing into a booking.
Questions, answered.
Is this a client project?
No. It is a studio concept, marked as one wherever it appears on this site.
Why is there no image of the villa?
The concept was shown with the property owner's photographs, which are not ours to publish. On a call we show the build in full.
