A travel agency, its tours, bookings and posts in one panel.
A Dubai travel agency needed its tours online in a way that sells, and a panel its team can run without us. We built the site and the panel: destination pages shaped to each trip, a booking cart with online payment, and one admin that runs the agency's brand sites and publishes to Instagram.
01 · The brief
A catalogue that keeps growing
Tours arrive in batches from the agency, each country needs to feel like itself, and the enquiry form is where the money is. The site had to absorb new tours without a developer each time.
02 · Destinations
Three shapes, not one template
A multi stop route, a city break and a discovery trip read differently, so destination pages come in three shapes. Each carries the practical strip a traveller looks for: currency, time difference, language and the months with prices.
03 · Booking
A cart that always opens on a bookable month
The booking card opens on the first month that has a price, so the button to add a tour is always there, and payment runs online.
04 · The panel
Every brand, one admin
The team edits tours, prices and pages for each brand site from one panel, and publishes posts to Instagram from the same place, with posts still waiting to go out flagged in the panel.

Yes. That was the point of the panel: tours, prices, pages and posts are edited by your team, and we stay on call for changes to the build.
Why is the client not named?
Clients are unnamed by default on this site, because many prefer discretion. On a call we show the work in full.
