A luxury realtor, a concept you scroll into.

A studio concept for a luxury realtor in Miami, whose homepage is a film rendered in Blender that walks up to a modern villa and through its door as you scroll, ahead of the listings. We built it to show agents what a cinematic first impression does for a listing. It is a concept build, not a client delivery.

01 · Why a concept

A listing deserves an entrance

Most agent sites open on a search bar and a stock skyline. This concept asks what happens when the first screen is the walk up to the house instead, and the listings follow once the visitor is already inside.

02 · The film

108 frames, scrolled

The villa, the drive and the light are rendered in Blender as 108 frames that the scroll plays forward and back. Phones held upright get their own portrait set, so the house stays framed on a narrow screen.

03 · For agents in Dubai

The same approach, for a flagship listing

We build real estate websites for agents, brokerages and developers in Dubai: a film for the flagship listing or launch, and a portfolio that stays fast and is easy to update.

Questions, answered.

Is this a client project?

No. It is a studio concept, marked as one wherever it appears on this site.

Can you film a real listing this way?

Yes. We model the property or work from the architect's plans, and scope the film in a written proposal after a short call.
