A buyer side brokerage in Dubai asked for a working system, not a demo account. We built its acquisition and CRM system on a real database: leads, notes and imports, a pipeline and offers, an inbox, AI qualification with scoring rules the team edits, and an assistant that reads but never writes.

From first contact to an offer
Leads arrive or are imported, the team adds notes and moves them through the pipeline stages, offers carry their own status, and the inbox keeps the conversation beside the record. AI qualification scores each buyer against rules the team can edit, not a fixed formula.
03 · Safety
Locked down by default
Row level security is on for every table, the assistant can read but not change records, and the AI runs on the brokerage's own model key, so its costs and data stay in its accounts.
